I. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

A) Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on the user's device (computer, mobile phone, tablet) via the internet browser when a webpage is visited.

Cookies enable:

For simplicity, all the technologies referred to in these policies are collectively referred to as "cookies".

Google Consent Mode v2 is implemented on the Website, which ensures that:

·       without the user's consent, no marketing and analytical cookies are stored,

·       without consent, no data is transmitted for advertising personalisation (the parameters ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage are set to denied),

·       upon granting consent, the relevant parameters are changed to granted.

This implementation covers all 7 Google Consent Mode v2 signals: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage, functionality_storage, personalization_storage and security_storage.

VII. Legal Basis and Granting of Consent

A) Opt-in regime

In accordance with Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on Electronic Communications, as amended by Act No. 374/2021 Coll., all cookies except technically necessary ones may only be stored and read on the basis of demonstrable, informed and voluntary user consent (the so-called opt-in regime, effective from 1 January 2022).

B) Method of granting consent

Consent is obtained via the cookie bar, which is displayed on the first visit to the Website. The user has the option to:

·       accept all cookies,

·       reject all cookies (with the exception of necessary ones) - this option is available just as easily as acceptance,

·       set individual cookie categories via the "Set preferences" button.

The cookie bar meets the requirements of GDPR and EDPB guidelines - in particular:

·       the buttons for acceptance and rejection are graphically equal,

·       merely closing the bar, scrolling or continuing to browse is not considered consent,

·       no cookies requiring consent are activated prior to consent being granted.

C) Withdrawal of consent

The user has the right to withdraw the granted consent at any time or change their preferences, via:

·       the "Cookie Settings" button permanently located in the Website footer,

·       deleting cookies in their browser settings,

·       the Controller's contact e-mail.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.

VIII. Cookie Settings in the Browser

The user may also manage cookies directly in their internet browser. In the browser settings, cookies can be allowed, blocked, deleted or rules can be set for their storage.

Instructions for the most common browsers:

·       Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647

·       Mozilla Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/cs/kb/cookies-informace-ktere-si-weby-ukladaji-o-vas

·       Microsoft Edge: https://support.microsoft.com/cs-cz/microsoft-edge

·       Safari: https://support.apple.com/cs-cz/guide/safari/sfri11471/mac

·       Opera: https://help.opera.com/cs/latest/web-preferences/

Warning: Blocking or deleting necessary cookies may lead to limited Website functionality (e.g. inability to log in, submit a form, complete an order).

IX. Transfer of Data Outside the EU/EEA

Some cookie providers (in particular Google and LinkedIn) may process data in third countries, in particular in the USA.

This transfer is carried out in accordance with GDPR, on the basis of:

·       a decision of the European Commission on an adequate level of protection under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023), where the recipient is certified under this framework,

·       standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914),

·       or other mechanisms pursuant to Article 46 GDPR.

Further information and copies of the safeguards used may be obtained upon request from the Controller.

X. "Do Not Track" Signal and Global Privacy Control

The Controller's Website respects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by the browser or browser extension. If this signal is active, the Website automatically sets the user's preferences so that no cookies requiring consent are activated (analytical, preference or marketing). The GPC signal is considered an expression of privacy preferences comparable to the withdrawal of consent for the given cookie category.

The "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal is currently processed by the Website in the same way as GPC - if active, only necessary cookies are the active category without further user consent. Users always have full-featured tools for managing their preferences via the cookie bar and the "Cookie Settings" button on the Website.

XI. Rights of the Data Subject

In connection with the processing of personal data via cookies, the user has all rights of a data subject under GDPR, in particular:

·       right of access to personal data (Article 15 GDPR),

·       right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR),

·       right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR),

·       right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),

·       right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR),

·       right to object (Article 21 GDPR),

·       right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3) GDPR),

·       right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Detailed information on data subject rights and how to exercise them is set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy of the Controller.

In the event of material changes, the user will be notified via the cookie bar or in another appropriate manner.
