How we approach the design and delivery of solutions
DLOUHY TECHNOLOGY provides technologies for industrial process control, energy and other operations where high technical reliability is essential. We operate in industries such as chemical and petrochemical production, power generation, HVAC, food processing, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, industrial gas production, oil and natural gas processing, paper production, the rubber industry, mining, metallurgy and nuclear energy.
We approach every assignment as a technological system, not as a selection of individual components. The solution design is based on understanding the customer’s process, operating data and the identification of critical points that affect stability, safety, service life and operational efficiency. The correct configuration of equipment therefore always reflects real operating conditions, with the goal of creating a long-term functional and serviceable system.
Customers receive more from us than just a delivery of technology. They gain a partner who helps with technical design, the right combination of equipment, project support, commissioning and subsequent service. Our work also includes authorized service in our workshops in Prague and Žilina, preventive maintenance directly at the customer’s site and urgent interventions in the event of operational problems.
We rely on many years of experience in control and measurement technology, a team of mechanical engineers and service technicians, and exclusive representation of leading European manufacturers such as SAMSON Group, SCHROEDAHL and ELCO. We place strong emphasis on the quality of both products and services, as confirmed by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. We operate primarily in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Georgia, while also supplying companies that carry out projects around the world.
This page presents the two main areas in which DLOUHY TECHNOLOGY operates. The first is industrial process control, meaning the design and optimization of solutions for pressure, flow, temperature, equipment protection and stable technology operation. The second is energy and building services, where, in addition to energy management and combustion systems, we also focus on ecological optimization of energy sources and turnkey projects – from feasibility study to commissioning.
