14p - PSA - High-performance butterfly valve

14p - PSA

The Pfeiffer BR14p tight-closing, double-eccentric butterfly valve is specially designed for pressure swing adsorption applications. Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is a method used to separate a gas from a gas mixture as well as to dry or clean gases. The control valves used in PSA applications must shut off tightly, have short opening and closing times, and have a high level of operational reliability. Pfeiffer has developed the double-eccentric Series 14p - PSA Control and Shut-off Valve to meet these challenging requirements.

The Pfeiffer BR14p PSA butterfly valve can be assembled with a pneumatic or hydraulic actuator also offered by the SAMSON Group to complete the construction of the control valve. These control valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle and can be equipped with SAMSON Group actuators and valve accessories.
